I know what you mean about the Ring. In my case, I watched the original Japanese version of the Ring. After seeing it, I couldn't go to sleep with the lights off for months. I couldn't even watch the tv in the dark, either. Lol!

Horror movies scare me a lot, but for some reason I still enjoy watching them. Like you, it could have something to do with the adrenaline rush that comes from the scare.
