Yeah, I think steembasicincome@steembasicincome is one of the Steem Projects that deserve a delegation. For one, those who delegate to them get bonus SBI shares, so that's a positive for witnesses. As for Steemit Inc., SBI has benefited a lot of Steem users, so that makes them eligible for a delegation.
