Well, the 2x2 grid I never offered - but I welcome it very hard. The reason why I don't offered it here is because of inleo.io doesn't support the needed HTML for it and shows the banners just as a list of banners instead of 2x2. This would look confusinf here in the post.

But if you like to use it this way the code is:
