The way I see it at the moment is there are definitely teams of the same sort of standard and a few standouts. I place Man Utd and Chelsea in the third tier of the premiership with a similar team level to the likes of the West Ham's in the league. I believe they will both finish mid table and maybe in 11th -14 th position this season. They are fortunate that there are other teams worse than them, but both clubs have gone backwards over the last season and a half. We will see as they could improve but maybe a miracle will happen.
