My portfolio may be worth a little less today but by the end of the year it will be worth a hell of a lot more just by not selling.

I actually can't believe how people panic sell like we saw yesterday as all they are doing is making things worse. If you have a fire you don't make it worse by adding to it. Imagine going into battle with theses guys around you as they will just run away leaving you all alone. One thing Hive has taught us and that is patience and I think many need to learn that lesson.

What we saw yesterday proves one thing that many involved in crypto are not investors or long term hodlers. This was retail investors hopping in for a quick buck and they got burned. The first rule of investing is only invest what you can afford to lose and if they had any knowledge they would have sat tight and remained positive.

Looking at the markets today everything is recovering and as we all know this is not over yet. When trading you have to take all emotion out of everything you do as you need a calm clear head. This is serious business so the sooner you understand the scenarios that could play out the better.

I think what we all want is a slow and steady increase back to where we were, but that would just be too easy so I expect some more volatility over the next month. Every situation offers opportunities and trading the volatility is a great way to earn as you just need to cover your moves. If you take the time to think this is common sense so adding a sell point or a stop loss point as your various tokens rise would be sensible right now.

What we saw yesterday was brutal and also fantastic at the same time as this should allow a farming opportunity over the coming weeks whilst things stabalise. How big will the swings be we will have to wait and see yet if you sold you are already out as if you join again now you missed out and could get burned again.

I know people who went all in when Bitcoin was at $20 000 in January 2018 and lost big time. FOMO is a funny thing driven by greed and the "investors" who fall for it are normally amateurs entering the trading arena for the very first time. One would hope they would seek advice first from someone involved but like us how many other crypto investors do we know? I don't know anyone else in crypto except all of you which tells me how young and new this still really is.

Thinking about it I have been in crypto for 3 years and learning the moves to evade shit like we saw yesterday. Nothing is guaranteed yet I am back up as my SATS are down roughly 10% yet if I looked at USDT that isn't too rosy. I never loo at that yet someone new would and why they would panic. I am sure many invested or should I say gambled as that is exactly what they are doing more than they should have.

Yesterday I believe was a planned shakedown getting rid of more Bitcoin out of the weaker hands into the bigger institutions. This timed along with exchanges liquidating the leverages. Don't people learn that leveraging is high risk and betting against the house is not advisable. Some people will never learn and to just think if everyone just held and didn't panic sell how difficult it would be to manipulate the markets.
