Why will the Olympics just not do gender tests? If you are what you say you are then you have nothing to worry about. If he/she changed her gender after puberty he/she would be banned anyway. If you have a sex change or identify as the other sex the it should make no difference and just compete with whatever gender you were born with. Why is this complicated and will stop the cheating immediately. None of these would even contemplate fighting or competing against men.
