It was definitely a missed opportunity that would have ended up well. I had two preferred sites and they blocked me and tried to offer me something else. I was the first one to inquire and I actually got on with them rather well. The steak house was way over priced with regard to set up costs and why I turned that one down. That site was Leicester Square with astronomical rent ,but smack bang in tourist central. Restaurants are for youngish people and definitely not now at my age I just could not keep up with the hours needed. I was raised around kitchens with my dad being a chef so i was kind of used to the lifestyle required.
