Never heard of nuts being bad for dogs not that I would give my dog nuts because that just sounds weird. I have heard chocolate is poisonous for animals even though my parrot used to have one chocolate peanut daily as a treat. She now has a yoghurt coated peanut or raisin instead which she enjoys just the same as the chocolate ones.
