Basic things you would have thought be readily available. I cup is 250mls and after that I eyeball things if there is no measuring cup. There is an instant pudding called Angel Delight which I bring back from the UK by the box load and give them out to friends and family. This pudding requires 300ml of milk and if you get it wrong it does not set how it should and learned you don't mess up your pudding because of stupid eye balling.
