I had no idea and presumed Vietnam had the same weather throughout and understand the reasons which are holding you back from moving here. Very tempting I have to admit and where it is situated would make an ideal holiday destination especially with the lower prices. Will definitely stick this in the memory bank to research for possible future holiday destinations.
