I am no fan of zoos and would rather they did not exist. A friend of mine has a bird sanctuary and has two of each of the endangered species from across Africa and this I think is great and is needed. Zoos on the other hand just seem so cruel like having polar bears in Africa with closures not being practical or appropriate to that particular animals needs.
