Really looks good. This is definitely food I would try and who knows may even try out this recipe as it looks healthy and different. Last week in the UK I noticed Scotch eggs are back in fashion and tried them twice in different restaurants as starters and both had runny to soft yolks which is hard to do in this cooking technique.
