They do not legally require insurance which is nuts in itself. The majority rely on the road accident fund for repairs and this is not what the fund was meant for. The RAF was to cater to people sustaining injuries from car accidents and never the vehicles involved. This is going to all change as the fund is in serious debt by more than double they receive as funding each year.
