There is always a positive spin when looking at your crypto portfolio and that is every day you should be a little bigger each day. I am not talking about the dollar values, but in the physical number of coins you are holding.
The one area I tend to forget how much value is staked is my Leodex portfolio where the secondary tokens and some unique investments like SEED are staked. Back in November this Leodex liquor ice all sorts was worth close to $25K and is only now $3.4K. The value hasn't suddenly disappeared like a magic trick or a rug pull as it is still there.
This is the number we see now yet when all things turn around again that number should be north of $30K due to the combined efforts over the last 7 months in our various tribes. Funny as in my case this represents roughly 10% of my Hive wallet value and kind of sticks to that percentage fairly closely.
You may not see it now but we are all growing at speed and only when the all time highs hit do we see how much we have really achieved. This is a bit like Christmas morning as you have no clue what is coming next. In my case I do normally as I cheat, but that is besides the point.
This is the reason why staying busy and consistent really pays off and why it is so important. The adjusting of your vote multiplier may seem like a waste of time but using the tools at your disposal is prudent as over a length of time that could equate to thousands of dollars gained.
Over the years on Hive I have become a hoarder and sell very little as one just never knows what the value will be in 10 years from now. When Leo first appeared I was too caught up in Musings to pay much attention and look what happened. Ok the price is down but it will rise again as the Leofinace team has plans for this gem.
Growing when you cannot see the real value is something we all have to learn to do as staying focused is not that easy to maintain. bear markets like we have right now is where the difference is made and that difference will be in many cases 10's of thousands in dollars. The longer this period continues the bigger the gains that are made which is a seriously positive note to think about.
