Most of the followers in serious crypto projects know exactly what is happening as you are invested in those projects. Maybe 4 years ago someone could have done a video and got away with incorrect facts, but today that wont happen.
Last night a so called wannabe influencer was called out by the COTI community for a video he made which was mostly factually wrong. Imagine tryin to make a name for yourself in order to grow your following and you cannot even be bothered to do the basic research. This tells me enough about someone's character already as they want the easy life and definitely don't have what it takes to make it and is a complete clown.
The COTI community rightly tore into him highlighting all the errors which there were plenty. The clown felt the attack was personal and this was right as crypto investments are personal and if you step into or world you better make sure you have the right information before you start trying to be clever.
The head of COTI Shahaf has more patience than myself as I would not give this individual 5 minutes of my time. Maybe highlighting his errors and there were so many will give him an education of how wide he was off the mark.
The glaring errors which showed he has not kept up to date with what is happening are clear and obvious.
Staking he tells everyone you have to have a minimum of 500K which since last February 2022 the COTI Treasury has allowed any number of COTI to be staked as there are no minimums or maximums and it is up to you. Even before that the minimum was 15K using the Viper wallet so where he gets 500K from I have no idea.
The Node information was another blunder as the clown used an example of the testnet nodes and not the main net nodes. Everyone on the testnet nodes is using the same service provider due to price as you are not being paid yet and waiting hoping to become a full node provider. The picture clearly states testnet nodes and just another example of shoddy research.
The COTI team list ahs always been kept up to date as the team expands and he used information from 2018 which is 5 years out of date. That info he provided is just another red flag of how lazy this individual is. Anyone involved or doing an article with a project would seek out the latest information as common sense tells you to get your facts right.
Trust Score which is a score of your activity on the Treasury cannot be manipulated by a human as this is all done decentrally and no humans ae involved in the smart contracts.
The stablecoin discussion over DJED was his biggest mistake and showed a lack of understanding and knowledge as he compared DJED with LUNA. Saying it was a similar protocol had me turning off as I never completed the show.
I just believe if you are going to be providing content and hoping to break through and become an influencer type person then you had better get the basic facts right. I wouldn't give this guy the time of day as he has not shown that he is dedicated enough for this. When we do research it can take months on a single project and these guys churn them out daily so how can they be up to date. What this guy has done is gone back to previous videos he ahs made and rehashed a new version using old material. If he posted on Hive he would have been downvoted as this is FUD and cannot be taken seriously. This guy is dangerous and has no place on social media.
