¿Qué es un "dolor de espalda"? ¿Eso se come? | Unboxing Sillón Ergonómico | ES-EN
Introducción
¡Hola! ¿Qué tal crypto amigos? ¿Cómo están? ¡Yo espero que muy bien! A nosotros, los que nos dedicamos mucho a escribir en computadora, ya sea de escritorio o portátiles, o incluso en celulares, en más de una ocasión hemos sufrido los famosos dolores de ciático, lumbares, cuello, omóplatos, etc. y el que lo niegue "que arroje la primera piedra". Ahora hablando enserio, se estima que entre un 60% y un 80% de la población mundial sufre de dolores de espalda, es una de las afecciones más comunes en todas las personas y no distingue entre raza o género Fuente (sino que me lo confirme mi gran amiga 
Debido a éstos dolores de espalda (que yo también tenía), por tan sólo $55.000 ARS o 150USD, decidí incursionarme en la "vida ergonómica" y es por eso que hoy les traigo éste post de una de las adquisiciones más importantes de toda mi corta existencia.

Pero ahora si gente, sin nada más que decir damos inicio al unboxing de éste increíble producto.
Y llegó a mis manos
Y lamentablemente si me tengo que quejar del embalaje, muy malo, muy poca protección de parte de la empresa y la parte de abajo de la caja estaba un poco abierta. Lamentable el servicio de correo que ofrecer "Urbano", una empresa de correspondencia Argentina que deja mucho que desear.
Pero bueno, lo importante es que llegó, aquí está la caja y le pedí a mi madre que hiciera de modelo para que vean su tamaño, era bastante grande.
Al abrir la caja me di cuenta que realmente el embalaje era malísimo, ósea yo realmente no se como hizo para llegar en buen estado, fue realmente un milagro que nada estuviera rayado o roto, puedo decir sin dudarlo que tuve mucha suerte.

¿Qué venía dentro de la caja?
Dentro de la misma podemos encontrar todas las partes para poder armar la silla: las patas con rueditas, el respaldar y el asiento, todo por separado. Además de unos cuantos tornillos que me di cuenta luego que eran de repuesto y la llave tipo "Alen" para colocarlos. Por suerte la silla venía pre-armada y el armado justamente fue bastante sencillo.
Armado de la silla
Como les comentaba, el armado fue rápido y fácil.
Paso 1: Colocar las patas de la silla en el piso que ya venían armadas.
Paso 2: Poner el respaldar en el asiento ajustando 3 tornillos que se encuentran abajo del mismo con la llave Alen que viene incluida en la caja.
Paso 3: colocar el respaldar y el asiento con cuidado sobre las patas y listo, silla armada.
Especificaciones técnicas
En la caja no encontré características específicas, solamente estaba plasmado en la parte de adelante el manual de como instalar la silla, así que fui directamente a la página donde adquirí la silla para poder traerles las especificaciones reales, éstas son algunas de las que me convencieron de comprarla, de todas formas en el link que les dejé más arriba pueden consultarlas todas.

Probando la silla
Como pueden ver en las especificaciones, la misma tiene apoya brazos, lumbar y de cabeza todo regulable, acá abajo te voy a mostrar como funcionan todos ellos.
Apoya brazos regulable
Una comodidad sin precedentes, se pueden regular como nosotros queramos dándonos así un abanico de posibilidades para nuestra comodidad. Algo me que gustaría agregar que me olvidé de grabar fue que los apoya brazos también se pueden mover hacía adelante y hacía los costados.
Apoya lumbar regulable
Muy cómodo y preciso, adaptado para casa cualquier espalda, por fin mis lumbares van a poder descansar como corresponden y el dolor de ciático va a ser algo del pasado.
Apoya cabeza regulable
Increíble sistema para poder descansar nuestro cuello y cabeza luego de una larga sesión de juegos o usarlo para poder escribir más cómodamente. Realmente es un sueño poder tener algo así.
Conclusiones
Que puedo decirles amigos míos, si tienen la posibilidad de adquirir éste tipo de sillas no duden en hacerlo, su espalda y cuello se lo van a agradecer, aparte piensen que es invertir en salud si es que pasan muchas horas sentados frente a una PC. Mi recomendación es que compren una de oficina tipo ergonómica, no busquen sillas "gamers" si de mejorar postura y comodidad es lo que buscan.

And it came into my hands
And unfortunately I have to complain about the packaging, very bad, very little protection from the company and the bottom of the box was a little open. Unfortunately the mail service offered by "Urbano", an Argentine mail company that leaves much to be desired.
But hey, the important thing is that it arrived, here is the box and I asked my mother to act as a model for you to see its size, it was quite big.
When I opened the box I realized that the packaging was really very bad, so I really don't know how it got there in good condition, it was really a miracle that nothing was scratched or broken, I can say without hesitation that I was very lucky.

What was inside thebox?
Inside it we can find all the parts to assemble the chair: the legs with wheels, the backrest and the seat, all separately. In addition to a few screws that I later realized were spare parts and the "Alen" type key to place them. Luckily the chair came pre-assembled and the assembly was just quite simple.
Arming the chair
As I was telling you, the assembly was quick and easy.
Step 1: Place the legs of the chair on the floor that were already assembled.
Step 2: Put the backrest on the seat by adjusting 3 screws that are below it with the Allen key that is included in the box.
Step 3: carefully place the backrest and seat on the legs and that's it, assembled chair.
Technical specifications

Testing the chair
As you can see in the specifications, it has adjustable armrests, lumbar and headrests, below I will show you how they all work.
Adjustable armrest
Unprecedented comfort, they can be regulated as we want, thus giving us a range of possibilities for our comfort. Something I would like to add that I forgot to record was that the armrests can also be moved forward and to the sides.
Adjustable lumbar support
Very comfortable and precise, adapted for any back at home, finally my lower back will be able to rest properly and sciatic pain will be something of the past.
Adjustable headrest
Incredible system to be able to rest our neck and head after a long game session or use it to write more comfortably. It really is a dream to be able to have something like this.
Conclusions
What can I tell you my friends, if you have the possibility of acquiring this type of chair, do not hesitate to do so, your back and neck will thank you, apart from thinking that it is an investment in health if you spend many hours sitting in front of a PC. My recommendation is that you buy an ergonomic type office, do not look for "gamers" chairs if improving posture and comfort is what you are looking for.
