I've spent a lot of time moderating my group in facebook with more than 15k members.

It must be insane to manage such a huge group of people. Amount of spam posted, which you need to remove - must be enormous.

I can create quality content and I can be active in the community commenting others. Those are the only rules as I understand,

We indeed are supporting mostly active members. After all, our goal is to build community. Which would be difficult if we would attract people who do not care about engagement and investing their own time to read and comment on other people publications.

I mean the economy of the community. They share 20% beneficiary from their posts to @ph-fund to support Venezuelans

Actually, at this stage over 20 most active members (from Venezuela, India and Nigeria) are receiving some weekly financial support and we're growing. In return, those guys are helping me keep this community alive. They also help me to bring new delegations and promote our curation trail.
So in a way - they all created some extra source of income for themselfs.
