From what I've noticed - most people on steem (especially larger accounts) do not like to support projects which are not doing anything but maximizing curation rewards.

Question I usually see is: how would your project / curation trail bring value into steem blockchain? What does it do except of providing %APR? The truth is that if someone care only about %APR then leasing your SP to others via dlease.io will be the best solution.
