It's especially hard to win life team if you play at bronze or silver leagues. But every team has strong and weak sides. Having shield ability protects all monsters at first round which is a great advantage over the enemy. The best way to win life team in my opinion is using magic monsters because enemy's shield can't help when magic monsters attack and also if the enemy's shield ability is effectivless against magic attack. Another way is using protective monsters which can give shield to all friendly monsters. And the best way to win life team is to use water.
