Hello Hive gaming community! I play free to play games on Hive. Lately, I wrote about my progress in Splinterlands which I play daily. I continue to build my growing card collection in the game. I got gold cards from daily rewards and I keep playing to get legendary cards.
My post today is about the other free games I play--Runik Conquests and Moon. Both of them have the same game play that is city building. The goal is to gather resources, upgrade the city, build an army to go to war. The games are in the following links:

Runik Conquests
Runik Conquests is set in a medieval world. The goal is to gather the four resources (wheat, lumber, stone, ore). They can be used to train an army (infantry, archers, cavalry) or convert them to Runiks. Runiks can be used to upgrade buildings and buy packs from the market. It's a completely free to play game. Players can go premium for the ability to transfer in game assets or sell Runiks for Hive.
I'm progressing well in the game. My city is already level 40 and I also upgraded my resource buildings. As for my gears, most of them are epic rarity.
There is an option to attack other players, join an alliance or attack a boss. I haven't attacked other players yet or joined an alliance.
I participated in attacking the boss and earned Runiks. I will need a larger army to damage the boss more. My little army is not doing enough damage.
That's the gist of playing Runik Conquest.
Moon
Moon's play style is the same. Start with resources, power supply then other buildings. There's also research tree to upgrade buildings. Soon I will build a fleet of ships to colonize territories or attack other players. I have been attacked when I was offline and my resources were taken. I focus on building my defenses to protect my colony. Moon takes time to upgrade so I open it once a day to click on my planned upgrades and leave it to finish. I don't worry too much on getting attacked. I use my resources on upgrades and I don't lose that much.
In Moon, there are many things to build and research before you can send ships for expeditions. It's not a fast game and takes a lot of time.
Like Runik Conquests, Moon is completely free to play. Players can buy pizzabits to hasten development and increase attacks and defense.
