Today was a really nice day. As I needed to cycle 20km to an appointment. And it was about 10 years ago that I could go by bike instead of car. Feels really great some physical exercise instead of driving!

Today we went to the biggest Dutch theme park: De Efteling. This theme park is this big that we walked approximately 14 kilometers. Which brought me close to my 18k actifit record. Tomorrow I can try again

Today we made a 7k walk through the Dunes. And I bought ourselves a piece of pie to celebrate. So all the calories we burned with walking were directly added by eating something delicious 😀 16783 Daily
