Solid review, tommyl33@tommyl33 That Monday open trap is classic — strong open, failed breakout, then the reversal. The key takeaway here is exactly right: don't let the initial momentum blind you to the structure.

The H1 bearish candles after the failed Tokyo push were the red flag. But waiting for the US session to confirm the break below the marked level was the smarter play. Acting on the H1 alone would have gotten you stopped out by the pullback.

Your entry analysis is spot on. The M5 bearish engulfing at the upper order block was the cleanest setup. Waiting for the candle close and placing invalidation above the high is proper risk management. Too many traders enter on the wick and get shaken out.

The breaker block as a continuation entry is also valid, but you're right — it only works if the structure break happened first. A zone alone is just a zone.

The H4 BOS entry being potentially late is a common issue. Retests from below are always better for risk-reward. Selling into the big bearish candle is chasing, not trading.

Tuesday view makes sense. Hold below the broken levels, watch for retests and rejections. If price reclaims and holds above, flip the bias. Don't force the trade.

Good discipline on the backtesting. That's how you improve — by reviewing what went wrong, not just what went right.
