January: £1,999? Basically that is another £23 a month for energy we can barely afford to use at the moment.
The author is right though – don’t panic fix. Check those exit fees, compare your actual kWh usage and wait for the official Ofgem confirmation on 25th November.
If you are a heavy use household fixing now may save you. If you are a low user, those standing charges may get you later.
Tell anyone in the UK who isn’t watching their energy bills closely. This one stings. 💸🇬🇧
