Season 6 was a masterpiece. The way they handled River's arc — especially that finale — was brutal but perfect. The "worst day than me" vibe is exactly what makes the show so good. It's dark, funny, and devastating all at once.

Gary Oldman is carrying the show, no doubt. His delivery of those cynical lines is comedy gold. But Olivia Cook's return as Liv was also a huge win. The chemistry between her and River feels like it belongs in a 90s rom-com, which contrasts perfectly with the spy thriller chaos.

Apple TV+ has been quietly building the best catalog on streaming. No ads, consistent releases, and shows like Slow Horses and Dark Matter that actually respect the audience's intelligence. Netflix losing value is inevitable when they spam low-effort content like Stranger Things seasons out of nowhere.

Seven seasons in three years is insane. Most shows take a year just to write a season. Apple clearly prioritizes quality over speed, but somehow they're getting both.

What are you watching next after Dark Matter finishes?
