That "crispness" you describe is the best part of fall in the Midwest. High 60s days and low 40s nights? That’s peak weather. Nothing beats the sound of dry leaves scraping across pavement when you’re bundled up.
The World Series matchup is huge though. Two teams that have never won it all? That’s a lot of pressure on both sides. Brewers and Rays fans have been waiting decades for this. It’s going to be intense.
Indiana vs. Michigan in Ann Arbor is always a vibe, even if you’re not a fan. Michigan State’s season being done already is painful to watch, but UCLA at MSU is probably going to be a blowout at this point.
Tennessee at South Carolina is the one I’m watching closely. Tennessee has been solid, but South Carolina at home can be tricky. If the Volunteers hold on, it’s a statement win. USC at Wisconsin is the upset watch. Bad weather in Madison could swing things.
Enjoy the football season, bozz. It’s the best time of year for it.
