I would not convert them to DEC. These are much more limited and worth holding for the meantime for sure. You can go to https://peakmonsters.com/@(youraccountnamehere)/collection to see what they are they selling for under the market tab, that will give you a great idea of what you can get for them. If you aren't in a rush to get the steem now I would just keep them for a while, all alphas have gone way down in supply and are very scarce at the moment, but if you feel you really want or need the steem that is the route I would go.
