So there has been some changes this week that make it difficult to post at this time, especially for minnows. These changes, known as hardfork 2.0, were implemented to stop spamming and cheating the community of Steem. I get that there are issues with the implementation but it's time to enjoy your life, keep calm and check back next week when things settle down😺
Without getting into the details, I just want to say that mitigating spam comments and posts is great. Serial posters with low quality content will also find it less profitable to spam the network. This is great for casual posters and people who continue to put effort into their posts as there should be more available Steem for quality over quantity.
I've come across far too many people who are using Steemit like Twitter. People who can't even bother to respond to quality commenters or upvote them. Selfish individuals turn people away from this platform. These changes are going to be great in the long-run for adoption and the overall community. What do you think?
