Creating a blog to store photos and share the daily life of our cat is what originally brought me to Steem. Most of us have drastically improved our writing skills along with content however it's a shame to ignore one's roots. This post is getting back to the basics, OG Crypticat Style.
Girl's Love Flowers
It was time to update the dried out Eucalyptus stems in the vase; somethings need to change. Elle wasted no time to check out her new flowers- unfortunately, the grass is fake and she can't eat it. Houseplant's and cats don't mix well, we have to keep everything out of her reach and have yet to replace most of our greenery.
That's My Spot!
Crypticat goes where she pleases and does as she wishes. The only way to keep her off or out of something is to deny access. Cat's are free, they aren't slaves to modernity or cryptocurrency. The natural order of things is might makes right, she can see half her kingdom from up here.
This Photo was Taken Just Before the Previous One
Cats know how to chill, some of us need to take note. I wanted to Steem, but the cat took my spot! Sometimes we don't want to disturb her when she looks so cozy, A House is Not a Home Without a Cat.
Crypticat sometimes gets stoned off of catnip and rolls around in it. You can see she is surrounded by toys, we all have to be kept entertained. Controlled narcotics use is a sign of intelligence despite what the authorities will have you believe.
Even cats need a bath occasionally, although I have heard they are self-cleaning. If you ever bathe your cat (hint use warm water and clip their claws first) you will see the dirt is just hidden well. Elle was remarkably calm this time, she smells slightly better and her fur is softer after a bath. The shampoo is homemade from light dish soap, vinegar, and mostly water.
The production stops by Toronto occasionally and I have yet to see it.
Let's end this post with another cute cat photo.
Happy Caturday! 😸
