Regarding project blank, my guess is that it will initially be a lot of "this is awesome', then a lot of price talk and predictions, which never, ever go away. As for dbuzz, I don't know. I see the strength of dbuzz as being a quick, easy, general place to share one's thoughts, pics, and ideas. As far as "offer what they will offer", it sounds like you're asking, "will dbuzz offer tokens like those project blank will offer" (?). Who knows? Personally, I like a place to say things without concern for what's being offered in return.
