Cross culture's weekly bulletin aims to bring to light all authors whose articles would otherwise remain unnoticed and lost in the platform, therefore we tend to reward all authors who create quality posts, giving them a fair chance to establish themselves on the platform.
Howbeit, that's only the half of it!!!
After careful selections, our curators which come from diverse cultures will single out the most outstanding articles among all those curated to create a weekly shout out to the authors of the Top posts of the week.
Therefore, here are this week's awesome authors and their posts.
With a few spare days and a long weekend, we planned a last minute camping trip. This time we were heading to the Northwest of Thailand to a province called Tak and a mountain ridge named Doi Soi-Malai. A famous grassy ridge popular with campers who prefer to get off the beaten track and cow herders because of the abundance of grass!
“KACCHI / BIRYANI” – there is no Bengali who doesn’t know the significance of these words. Kacchi Biryani is a delicious rice dish where mutton or goat meat pieces and especially whole potatoes are marinated with lots of spices. People who don’t like biryani can’t be found I guess. In Bangladesh, there are many biryani houses like Hazir biryani, kacchi bhai, pakki Bhai, Sultan's dine, The Mughal Empire and many more. Yesterday we went to have lunch at Sultans Dine. This is not our first time obviously. We have been here before but we used to go to Dhanmondi branch and this time we have come to Mirpur branch.
