Happy New Year to you as well! I think you’ve left some valuable advice for us to read. As a forty year old woman it feels so good in my own skin and to be able to stand up for the things I believe in and not to let the little things sweat me. I spent a big portion of my younger life living to please others and even putting them before God. Those days are long gone as I have learned you can’t please everybody and shouldn’t try to.

I resonated with you when you talked about letting go of what’s toxic in your life. That is one of the best words of advice because it is so freeing.
