Hey @heberwords! This was a nice publication. I definitely agree about pause and resetting. I am at my best when I take some time away to refresh.

I use this in RL and in blog life. I’m with my children (I have 5 😁) non-stop every single day. If I don’t get away to recap and have some quiet time I’m not sure how long I’d last lol.
