Just found the best way to recognize about procrastination and how to avoid it. As you see I not just only post about Mysterious stuff or deep sciences, dark sciences or conspiracy theories. I just came with this video by accident and yes.. is a TED talk.
Basically.. one of the best TED talks I've seen. That is my opinion.
