Por eso, hoy me dediqu茅 a repasar y fortalecer toda mi base t茅cnica, asegur谩ndome de no perder ni un solo movimiento. Inclu铆 freestyle sencillo para mantener la agilidad y fluidez, y trabaj茅 est谩ticos con el objetivo de no ceder ni un segundo en mis holds. La consistencia se construye sobre lo que ya sabes.
Greetings to the entire #SWC community! 馃憢 Today I'm sharing the focus of my latest session: conservation and reinforcement training. Sometimes, in the search for new tricks, we can neglect those we've already mastered, losing precision and confidence. That's why today I dedicated myself to reviewing and strengthening my entire technical foundation, making sure I didn't lose a single movement. I included simple freestyle to maintain agility and fluidity, and I worked on static holds with the goal of not giving up a single second in my holds. Consistency is built on what you already know.
Este trabajo, aunque menos glamoroso que aprender un truco nuevo, es fundamental para cualquier atleta serio. Es la base que me permitir谩 asimilar movimientos m谩s complejos con una t茅cnica impecable y menor riesgo de lesi贸n. Y justamente, esto es el preludio de lo que viene. Muy pronto comenzar茅 a introducir y postear mi proceso de aprendizaje con trucos din谩micos de alto nivel. 隆Est茅n atentos porque se viene un nuevo ciclo de evoluci贸n! La paciencia y el trabajo duro son la clave.
This work, although less glamorous than learning a new trick, is essential for any serious athlete. It is the foundation that will allow me to assimilate more complex movements with impeccable technique and less risk of injury. And this is precisely the prelude to what is coming.
