Rutina de pantorrillas [Esp 馃嚜馃嚫 | Eng 馃嚭馃嚥]
Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC, en este post les comparto mi rutina de pantorrillas que hice el dia de ayer luego de mi rutina de pierna, la verdad hoy amanec铆 con dolores en en dichos m煤sculos, eso es se帽al de que los trabaje muy bien, es normal sentir esos dolores despu茅s de una gran rutina.
