Everybody needs a Will; junior or senior, single or married, affluent or not, It should be a basic human right to have a Last Will and Testament.
Wills not only describe the distribution of your assets and possessions, but they allow you to make key decisions for your legacy, including an Executor (who takes care of everything on your behalf) and Guardian for children or if you ever become incapacitated.

A global problem

75% of French adults are NOT protected by a Last Will.

56% of Americans adults are NOT protected by a Last Will.

50% of Australians adults are NOT protected by a Last Will.

52% of Canadian adults are NOT protected by a Last Will.

51% of British adults are NOT protected by a Last Will.

World
75% of adults are not protected by a Last Will

Reasons people don’t write a will

  • Too complex
An antiquated vocabulary and highly-specific phrasing are often mandatory to legalize a Will. Final decisions should not be invalidated by technical language and legalese, which are unnecessarily complicated and prone to error.

  • Too morbid
Planning for the the worst case scenario is never a pleasant subject to think or talk about. Raising awareness among families to initiate more intergenerational discussions on this subject in the future is essential to break the taboo around death.

  • Not enough assets
Many people believe they don’t need a Will if they don’t own property or have hefty savings. Preparing a Will is not only about finances, it is a matter of control and agency throughout one’s life.

  • A family decision
Personal estates are ruled by local laws; failure to explicitly specify decisions can harm families. Having a valid Will in place allows peace of mind not only for the owner in case of incapacitating injury or death, but also for his or her loved ones.

  • Procrastination
People often wait to be married, ”old enough,” settled, or in a better financial situation. Preparing a Will is not a once-in-a-lifetime event, but rather an ongoing evolution reflecting your situation.

  • Too expensive
An identical Will can cost between 100 € and up to a 1000€ depending on the services used. This huge disparity in price and subsequent lack of accessibility need to be addressed.

First architecture proposal

Autonomousrelease system

Reliable Will safekeeping

Combining useful tokenization and strong encryption

All documents are encrypted on the blockchain and can only be unlocked if the release process comes to an end.

Private Key .jpg

Second architecture proposal

Triple key
security check

Autonomous release
with smart contracts

This architecture is intended for maximum privacy.

All ledger elements are encrypted separately and can only be reunited if at least two of the three keys are put together.

Release safeguard strategy

  1. Release activation request by timer or registry
  2. Alerts sent to the owner via App, Email and/or SMS
  3. Owner-set timer begins, awaiting confirmation of life
    a. Confirmation is given — Release cancelled
    b. No confirmation response — Process continues
  4. Death certificate obtained or no confirmation of life given
    a. Certificate invalid or contact successful — Release cancelled
    b. Valid certificate or no response to final contact attempt — Release activation process granted
  5. Release key published

Token distribution

Token.jpg

Token total supply and future distribution

Fair division from the start helps to counter market manipulation . Prohibiting large purchases during our launch will also avoid the usual problematic post-ICO dump on exchanges, thus protecting early adopters who truly believe in the objective potential of a project designed to last .

7 795 482 309 WILL pre-mined in total

Amount equivalent to the world population projection for 2020.
6 billion WILL shall be locked and exclusively controlled by smart contracts to guarantee future supply the next 30 years

1 795 482 309 WILL allocated for launch

650M WILL for the pre-sale 410M WILL for the ICO

Unsold tokens during pre-sale & ICO will be burned to decrease initial WILL supply, therefore favoring token holders.

Spent tokens will be burned subsequently.

2 WILL to create
1 WILL to edit

As a strategy to maintain steady demand, every time WILL tokens are utilized on our platform, they are burned afterward.

Fixed availability reinforces a self-financed ecosystem

Post-ICO, users will be able to acquire limited quantities of WILL each year on our platform (<40 WILL per user),
or conversely on a continually growing number of external exchanges where prices are subject to public demand.

Strengths

Enhanced accessibility

Any where, any time, any device, any budget without legal knowledge

Security and privacy

Useful tokenization and strong encryption to guarantee data protection against fraud, tampering, or administrative mistakes.

Consumer protection

Thorough identity verification and multiple failsafes implemented to prevent unwanted or premature release.

Weakness

A humble project in a big ICO world

In July 2018, 1 597 cryptocurrencies are listed on coinmarketcap.com More are published every day, making it harder to be noticed.

Dependency on the Ethereum network

In case of network issues, transactions might be delayed or blocked. We intend to run our own Ethereum nodes to reinforce the network.

Opportunities

Transforming a large and growing market

Being able to prepare your estate, family, and mind for worst-case scenarios is increasingly being seen as a human right. The potential to provide an affordable and user-friendly alternative to current outdated methods could generate a solid foothold in the digital market, allowing our services to reach an even greater global audience as technology becomes more prevalent.

More generations ready for a change

Millennials are all adults now: more tech savvy and open-minded than their parents, they will be ambassadors for breaking the taboos around the aging and dying processes.

Threats

Local legal barriers

Integrating into existing global legal systems will take time and effort.

World economy vs the crypto world

Blockchain technologies are often considered as threats by many industries, such as banking and insurance, instead of being seen as opportunities to revolutionize outdated, but still very profitable, practices.

Increasing transaction fees

Failing to plan for transaction fees is unfortunately a common error made even by highly reputable projects. As we can see, many Token wallets are running quickly of Gas, thus delaying or blocking all transactions. Our self-financed ecosystem strategy prevents this from occurring.
