Deep Space Nine is my favorite. Used to hate it because they never travel anywhere!

Now I think it has the greatest range of characters and interesting story arcs. Every season gets better, especially when Worf joined the crew. Have to think of DS9 more like the Fantasy Island of Star Trek, a magnet location for visitors, invaders, and trouble.
