Anyone else having trouble with the Binance identify verification? I was level 1 verified since 2017, but now they reduced me back to level 0. They asked me to provide the same security credentials as before, except this time a live facial image scan also has to be passed.

To become verified you have to download the Binance App and pass the facial recognition test. Each time I try opening my mouth, nodding, blinking, and barking like a dog, it fails to pass.

Logging into the Binance app on my phone with same master password is a breach of security, I believe. That is a security breach, because anyone who steals my phone can now access my funds. The authentication app is also right there on the same phone.

Anyway, I submitted a ticket. All I can do is wait and consider my options. Binance might not be the best option for my future trading strategies.
