Thank you 🤗 Well yes, the irony is true, it is almost the only way to reach a bigger audience nowadays.
It is great to be self aware and notice oneself. I looked at my own behaviour online and I can notice when I spend too much time online and pinpoint the cause of it. Usually the online addiction is a cover-up for a hidden bigger grief as a way to escape reality. Once we become more self aware we can start to work on the cause: the reason behind the action.
I think that at least after work the entire family should close down the phones in a closet lol. Somehow there must be a schedule for time off. Otherwise a lot of people will feel alone together and that is just sad. To have to compete with a phone in order to get affection or attention from a loved one. In the end it is only genuine human connection which will make us feel good, not a piece of plastic with a screen
