I remember feeling so down when I was a teen and everyone was getting puffier in the chest area while me....well...it was a short ride lol. Something grew just a little and that was it haha.
I guess it is hard to imagine back pain from boobies for someone who had small boobs since forever. Now I am super happy about "my girls" and I would not change them at all. I believe it is a real issue to have big boobs, especially for the back.

Most of my bras are push up. The girls need some extra fluff lol
