I recently discovered orecchiette. I love their shape and how they are so colorful, I have found them at Lidl where they have all sorts of specialty pasta. I love all pasta besides the curly type , the spiral one. I dislike the shape lol. It is weird I know, I have this issue since I was a child, I never eat spiral pasta lol
