These look delicious! I admit that it has been years since I tried to do homemade pasta. I remember fast forwarding the drying process by placing the freshly cut pasta into a low heated oven, where they would dry in maximum 1 hour lol. I bet this is quite relaxing, to make your dough and carefully flattening it. I love that tool, I shall get one myself as it saves a lot of time. Anything homemade tastes better🥰
