You are a great wife! I also had this issue years ago, around my mouth it would appear when I had lots of stress. I work on the cause: stress management. I had some invisible patches that were easy to buy from the pharmacy and it worked. I haven't had them for quite a while as I became calmer and more stress-resilient.
