I think that it is better to understand and not label. Humans are creatures who change all the time. You put a label today and tomorow you are shocked that the same person is acting totally anti-label.

I was often told I am a nerd because I love to read a lot of books. But many associate nerdness with being boring. Which I am not. So yes, I think that words can actually be the worst form of communicating what we think. We are more than meets the eye.
