You are right, the platform can always break. I surely hope that there will be some ways to make users contact each other outside Hive and inside Hive. I often thought about the possibility of having an instant chat pop-up available inside Hive. I would find that to be an amazing tool as we could instantly talk to one another or reach out in case of need without having to make account on Discord or other platforms....
