I had my first sushi experience some years ago at a restaurant. The miso soup was.... Salty but tasty. And the sushi... I loved it. The texture feels odd but the wasabi... My mouth was in fire hahha. I took too much in my first bite and I was red as a crab lol. But I loved it either way. This dish looks lovely
