You've nailed this comment Vincent, painting does bring me in a super state of flow😍😍 For hours my brain just relaxes and stops thinking in overdrive. It is goood. If you can find an activity that makes you forget about yourself.... It is gold gold. Art is like therapy almost, it always helped me in my lowest lows. If I wouldn't have had art, I would have been lost.
