I think of this kind of parenthood as being ethically questionable. Yes, you want the greater good for the kid, but you're also stealing his childhood for money. I'm not sure that all the money will salvage a lost soul and spirit. I find it sad that adults can end up using their own children to achieve what they didn't manage to achieve in their own lives. I find it unfair because that child can't decide for themselves.
