Hey! Social media is a big destroyer of relationships/romance. Yes yes people do not post their bad times, their tears, their fears. Scrolling down and comparing your lover with what you see on a screen is wrong. Let's be like them, look how happy they are is such a common phrase now. I have known a lot of couples who were happy only on social media, in reality they were bored and fed up with each other. I guess that many feed themselves with past memories of past happiness to forget how bad the relationship is now. I would just recommend a big stop. Stop comparing things with what we see on social media. Stop posting our entire personal life on Facebook. Stop giving attention to a phone instead of focusing on your loved one. Stop creating false romance instead of working towards real one.
I know that marriage can seem like a boring topic now, but I think that in the biggest scheme of things, a good marriage acts like a pillar in society. A child needs a stable environment. Marriage doesn't mean just a paper. There are too many who sit in disfunctional marriages. I refer to marriage as a happy healthy spiritual connection with someone which is written down on paper. I think that people who value the other person on a spiritual level end up living many years together happily. It is not hard to live many years miserable and sad, the hardest work is to make those years happy. But from what I have seen from happily married couples, it is worth putting in the effort
