I think that most high earners struggled with envy when they were small so I guess that nobody would like to have all eyes on them because of the negative vibes which come with transparency. This is happening because of the human nature which is eager to envy and spite instead of emulating and learning. This is definetely debatable and I find it a hard topic. For me personally, in my country, I know it would bring chaos to have such a transparency.
